Steps for getting your workshop or course reimbursed

Check out the step-by-step process and templates you can use to get reimbursed by your employer at maven.com/expense. The templates are available for you to copy and share with your manager to make your case for reimbursement.

Once you enroll in a workshop or course, you'll automatically get a receipt emailed to you from our third-party payment vendor, Stripe. If you need a more detailed receipt with additional information, please reach out to [email protected].

    1. Be sure to check your employer's specific requirements for using your L&D budget!   2. I enrolled in a workshop or course, but I didn't get a receipt. How do I get one?

    1. You'll automatically get a receipt sent by Stripe, our third-party payment vendor, so be sure to check all your email folders. You can also download your receipt at maven.com/me. Reach out to [email protected] if you need us to resend a receipt or add additional information to the standard receipt provided.

  3. My company is asking for a receipt for record-keeping purposes. How do I get one?

    1. Please email [email protected] with the details you'd like included and we'll be happy to send you a custom receipt.

  4. Will I get a certificate if I complete a Maven workshop or course?

    1. Yes, you will! Within 24 hours after the end date, a certificate will automatically be sent to you. You'll be able to add it to LinkedIn or X, and share a direct link to the certificate.
